Wonderfully spacious mansion from 1916 with beautiful architecture, sunny garden and plenty of space on the border of the Statenkwartier and the Geuzenkwartier. SURROUNDINGS
The Geuzenkwartier/Statenkwartier is a neighborhood where many people want to live. The living room has a beautiful en suite and a herringbone floor. Double glazing has been installed at the front and a new frame in the style of the house at the rear. The high ceilings are beautiful and give a spacious feeling. The garden has afternoon and evening sun and there is a sturdy shed.
