Of course we are happy to schedule an introductory meeting. In accordance with the prescribed measures by the government and the RIVM, we do take the necessary measures during these appointments. We do not shake hands and we keep an appropriate distance.
It is also possible to make an appointment for a video call via FaceTime or WhatsApp Video. When you contact our office, one of our colleagues will discuss your preferred method and schedule the appointment.
As long as you, the seller, agrees, scheduled appointments for viewings will remain in place. Of course, we will take the necessary measures during these viewings. For example, we welcome two people per viewing, we do not shake hands and we keep an appropriate distance. We also ask the viewer not to touch anything in the house. A physical inspection of the property is necessary for an appraisal report. We will take all the necessary precautions to protect the health of your family and that of our colleague’s as much as possible. We ask you to only be present with the residents directly involved in the appointment. Preferably our appraiser walks through the house alone.
For an appraisal of commercial property, we decide for each case if a physical viewing is necessary. The appraiser will discuss this with you.

Some of our colleagues work from home. It goes without saying that our colleagues will stay at home in case of symptoms of the virus.
